How do we place an order?

We only sell to Authorized Trade Members and Retailers. To become a partner, please contact our office.

How do we send in an order?

To send in an order please email orders@sofacityinc.com using our order form. Please include all necessary information such as PO, item details, and date required.
You will receive an email back with acknowledgement of the order. If one is not received within a week please contact us.

What is estimated shipping time?

Our production strives to produced orders within 4-5 weeks of the order being placed. Dates may fluctuate due to the current number of orders. All delays will be communicated directly to the order placer as soon as we have information of any delays.act us.

Can orders be cancelled?

All orders can be cancelled only if production has not been started.

How do we submit a warranty claim?

Please reach out to info@scminc.ca with any manufacturing defects. Please include all necessary information such as photos of the defective pieces and date of purchase. We will follow up if other information is needed.
